Welcome to Sheet Doctor. By installing or using Sheet Doctor, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Sheet Doctor is a Google Sheets add-on designed to analyze spreadsheet data for common formatting, data quality, and import-related issues. The service may identify potential problems and provide recommendations intended to help users prepare spreadsheet data for use with third-party platforms, including e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
You may use Sheet Doctor for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the spreadsheets, data, and other content you use with the service and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party requirements.
You may not use Sheet Doctor to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Sheet Doctor may request permission to access and interact with the Google spreadsheet in which the add-on is being used. These permissions are used to provide Sheet Doctor's functionality, such as analyzing spreadsheet contents and displaying results or recommendations.
Sheet Doctor will only request Google account permissions reasonably necessary to provide its functionality.
Sheet Doctor may help users prepare data for third-party services such as Shopify. Sheet Doctor is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify or Google unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for verifying that their data complies with the current requirements of any third-party service before importing or submitting it.
Sheet Doctor is intended to assist with identifying potential spreadsheet and import issues, but it does not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that a spreadsheet will be accepted by Shopify or another third-party platform.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You remain responsible for reviewing Sheet Doctor's findings and determining whether suggested changes are appropriate. You should maintain appropriate backups of important spreadsheet data before making significant changes.
Sheet Doctor, including its software, branding, design, and original functionality, is owned by the developer and may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or represented as another product without permission.
These Terms do not grant ownership of any user-created spreadsheet or data to Sheet Doctor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sheet Doctor and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data, lost profits, failed imports, or business interruption.
These Terms may be updated periodically as Sheet Doctor develops or its functionality changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
You may stop using Sheet Doctor at any time by uninstalling or removing the add-on. Access may also be suspended or terminated if the service is misused or these Terms are violated.
